The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council regulates and investigates professional misconduct by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology. Not every concern or dispute involves professional misconduct; however, the Executive Council can provide more information about the complaint process. You may contact the board at any time.
